CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Nothing in CRS terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as
a consumer. You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days. Please refer
to our full Terms and Conditions on this page.
Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
A full NAME, Address and email address - orders will be cancelled if these are
not supplied. A contract is formed only once we accept the order by delivering
the products.
We accept credit card payment. Payment by Cheque requires the cheque to arrive
with CRS within 7 days of placing an order. After 7 days the order will be cancelled.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch and Debit. We do not charge for any item
until it is ready to ship.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over
the Internet.
All
payments online are processed by a Secure
Payment Provider to protect our customers

Shipping And Handling - Shipping Charges:
1 box = £17.50 + vat additional items are charged by Weight. Channel Islands and Ireland by Quote
Several units would be shipped on a Pallet at UK mainland rate @ £55 or £110 for
Northern Ireland
Delivery Schedule:
We despatch your order usually same day (if ordered before 12 noon) for next day
delivery. Units with software or components to be fitted please allow an extra
day. International orders are generally received in under 4 days.
Bulk orders will depend on size of the order, we will advise on expected despatch
date.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and suggest an alternative or
expected arrival of new stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, The current rate
of VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt
button to reduce VAT to zero (Channel Islands).
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are processed by our secure Payment Provider - Protx and are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We reccomend that you register your card with Verify by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode as an added security measure to protect your card from fraudulent use.

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are happy with supplied
equipment
If you wish to return any equipment within 14 days under the no quibble, not
satisfied or equipment not suitable warranty, please call 0800 6940694. Note:
Carriage costs are not refundable. A member of the support team will issue you
with a returns number which you will need to mark on the outside of the box.
If you are unable to arrange transport yourself we can provide this service,
(at our standard transport rates) and arrange to have the equipment collected
at a convenient time for you. As soon as we receive the equipment and check
that everything has been returned in good working order, depending on your payment
method either your credit card will be re-credited or a cheque will be raised
and posted immediately.
Please be aware that if the equipment is incorrectly packed and transit damage
arises we will not be in a position to offer a refund.
If within the first 90 days of purchase, for any reason you experience a problem
with any of the equipment we have supplied you please call 0800 6940694 and
ask to speak to a member of our technical team, who will talk you through any
problems. Should the problem be hardware related you will be issued with a returns
number and an advance exchange unit will be shipped out to you, when the new
unit arrives repackage the faulty one in the box and the couriers will collect
later the same day.
Should we be unable to supply an identical model you will be offered a comparable
replacement or a full refund.
If you experience any problems outside of the 12 month warranty period please
do not hesitate to call us. If we can help we will. We do not consider you a
customer only until the warranty expires.
