Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Purchase either as a Guest or Register for a Login Account.

Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at CRS UK, registering your details will allow you to.

To create a secure account, simply click on 'Register' and fill in the required fields. For your convenience, you credit card information can be stored in your account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder.

A full NAME, Address and email address - orders will be cancelled if these are not supplied. A contract is formed only once we accept the order by delivering the products.
We accept credit card payment. Payment by Cheque requires the cheque to arrive with CRS within 7 days of placing an order. Please make the cheque payable to

"Computer Remarketing Services Ltd". After 7 days if no payment is made the order will be cancelled.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch and Debit. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Our Shopping cart Checkout Page is secured by 128bit encryption as are the Account pages, this ensures that all confidential card details are protected.

We, from time to time, may call to do a security check on a purchase. This is to help combat Fraud and is intended to protect our Customers as well as CRS UK. If an order fails this check it will be cancelled, if the payment has been taken this will be refunded.

All payments online are processed by a Secure Payment Provider to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud. For more information on this click on Sagepay graphic below.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and suggest an alternative or expected arrival of new stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Securit.
All credit card numbers are processed by our secure Payment Provider - SagePay and are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We recomend that you register your card with Verify by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode as an added security measure to protect your card from fraudulent use.

12 Months Warranty
Warranty commences from the day you receive your computer.

Customers have a period of 14 days (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) to return the purchase for a refund. The buyer must pay for the cost of returning the item. Additionally the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and a recorded delivery service must be used as any damage in transit will invalidate your warranty and negate the cooling off period.

If the computer is faulty on receipt or within the first 30 days of receiving the machine we will send a prepaid returns label. If the computer is faulty after this period you are required to return the computer at your expense to us for repair/replacement. Please note we will not cover any delivery charges not authorised before despatch. If you are returning an item and have not agreed the cost of shipping before despatch we will not refund the cost.

If you are unable/do not wish to arrange your own courier we can provide this service for £12 in the UK and outside of the UK it will be £20 or €25

Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched. Refunds will take 5-10 days to process.

If you experience problems after 30 days our customer support will do their best to resolve the problem by Email or or over the phone, If We can’t find a fix remotely then you will be required to return the item to us for repair, we always aim to process all repairs as quickly as possible but please allow 5 working days from receipt to dispatch out.

Before returning any item please ensure you backup your data if possible and remove any hardware such as Bluetooth dongles and any discs or accessories as we cannot be held responsible for any loss while the item is with us. Please be aware the technicians will have to remove these items in order to test the machines and they may have to reinstall the operating and remove any data.

We provide a 12 month Return To Base warranty on all PCS and Laptops, this only covers hardware faults and does not cover software issues or accidental damage.

Batteries, chargers and peripherals are not covered by the warranty.

The items are in used condition so they may have some scratches or scuffs which are cosmetic and will not affect the working of the machine.

Software disks are not included unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring any games, programs or software updates are suitable for the computer.

Due to the fact that we provide refurbished products there are rare occasions where we will be unable to provide the same model of iPad/computer/laptop. We always replace with a machine of compatible specifications or better.

Warranty for all computers and laptops is with us - Computer Remarketing Services - and not with the manufacturer.

CRS reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any undamaged items being returned for refund.

Please ensure you contact us before the return of any item failure to do so may result in invalidation of your warranty.

These cookies are deleted after 1 hour or by your browser if your security settings are set to delete when the browser is closed.

Emails and / or Faxes
When you make a purchase, you will NOT automatically be subscribed to our Faxes or Emails - these can inform you of new stock and specials. If you have started and then abandoned your shopping cart we may send you an email asking if we can help or ask was there an error. This is only for the purpose of assisting you.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, The current rate of VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero (Channel Islands).

Remittance Terms
Payment Terms are Payment in full before Despatch by Creditcard, Debitcard, Cheque or Bank Transfer. (No AmEx or Diners)
